El Pajar, as its name indicates, is an old stone barn, located in the village, and is by far the most exciting house in the project.

 

This building radiates magic, maintaining its original room arrangement, interior height, its ceilings with large centenary beams. You can feel the magical energy as soon as you set foot inside.

 

It is because of all this that we have chosen it as our centre for the course and retreat activities. This is a place of immense inspiration for us, and hopefully also for all who enjoy it.

El Pajar will house a large open-plan room for the activities, where the existing noble materials, stone and wood, can be enjoyed, accompanied by a paved finish, soft and harmonious sand coloured walls, and natural, organic materials. Numerous skylights have been fitted so that the light accompanies us through the house. As in all houses, there is centralised aerothermy heating, for efficiency and comfort.

There will be a complete professional kitchen and a dining room in the vicinity. Food will play an important role in each stay and retreat, and another experience in itself.
