La Laguna

La Laguna is an old stone stable, restored with great care and detail for maximum sustainability and minimum environmental impact.

 

With a stone façade and local chestnut wood carpentry, the exterior has a traditional feel to it. In contrast, its interior is a welcoming, comfortable and harmonious space, with a bamboo parquet floor, ideal for walking barefoot, and design furniture in oak wood.

 

Distributed on two floors, the ground floor comprises of a complete and luminous kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The upper floor houses the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, spectacular restored ceiling with chestnut beams and skylights to enjoy the nights, and a full bathroom with whirlpool bath.

From the bed you can see the village's lake and an explosion of the green landscape of the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Nature Park.

Centralised aerothermy heating system – comfortable and efficient – is perfect for keeping warm on cold winter days.

In front of the house, there is a patio with a large outdoor table area. A table and benches are provided for activities, meals, and for enjoying the dream-like views.

Ideal for couples, or families with one or two children, as this house has an extra bed in the master bedroom, and a sofa bed on the ground floor.
