CLEANING POLICY
In accordance with the Rural Tourism Accommodation Regulations DECREE 143/2002, of 14 November, on Rural Tourism Accommodation..
By offering CA (country houses) with category of 2 trisqueles* and being committed to respect the Environment (water saving awareness campaign), the cleaning of each house, including change of linen and towels, will be carried out every 5 days.
Basic cleaning tools and products will be available to the client, and they can opt for additional cleaning serviceif requested in advance, with an extra cost of €60 per house and per day.

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that the personal data and/or information you provide us with by filling in the online form available in the booking management layer of the website will be included in a personal data file owned by TERRA ASTURIAS. All the data provided by the User by means of email or electronic forms will be treated by TERRA ASTURIAS, according to the current regulations on personal data protection, and in any case will be considered confidential by the staff of TERRA ASTURIAS who manage this information.
TERRA ASTURIAS will not share any personal data without the previous consent of the affected party, except for those communications that are necessary to carry out the service, limiting this communication to the purpose that justifies it.
The information in the databases may be used for the identification of users and for statistical studies of registered users at the internal level.
In any case we inform you that the contact data will be incorporated and treated in a file with the only purpose of attending the requests, suggestions and/or consultations that arrive to us from the Users.

Stay and cancellations
STAYS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Following the Decree 143/2002, of 14 November, of Rural Tourism Accommodation,,
Unless otherwise agreed, the day shall begin at 5pm on the first day of the period contracted and end at 12pm on the day of check-out.
The user may withdraw from the reservation made, with the right to a refund of any amounts paid.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, when the withdrawal is communicated more than seven and less than fifteen days before the date indicated for occupation, the owner of the establishment may withhold 50% of the amount of the deposit, or all of it if the communication is made within the seven days prior to that date, unless these thresholds are altered by express and specific agreement, for which the owner of the business shall be responsible for proof.
If the client does not arrive at the establishment before 20:00 on the day indicated as the beginning of the stay, the reservation will be understood to be cancelled.
Terra Asturias establishes a minimum stay of 4 nights during the high summer season, and 2 nights the rest of the year.
Policy for the use of the houses
HOUSE USE POLICY
- Smoking is prohibited in all houses
- The chimney in the La Laguna bedroom, as well as the old attic stove in La Casita Verde, are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.
- Please leave your shoes in the space provided at the entrance to each house. And we invite you to enjoy the pleasure of walking barefoot, or with socks, on the wooden floors.
- Please use water and electricity responsibly, for the good of the planet.
- Please turn off the heating and lights when you spend the day outside, and when leaving the house to go home. The centralised aerothermy heating system only needs a few minutes to heat the radiators.
- In the event of a fire, please call the emergency services (112) immediately and use the fire extinguishers available in each house. In the 2-storey houses, you will find one available on each floor.
- Pets are only allowed in La Casita Verde, under reservation and request.
- Please do not leave perishable food in the fridge and throw rubbish away in the rubbish bin at the entrance to village when you leave.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the village at night.
- All board games, movies, spices, oil, salt, etc. present in the kitchen, are to be left in the house, and are part of the inventory that is checked before the arrival of each new guest. Under no circumstances may they be removed from the houses.
- Please do not leave mobile phones, laptops or other devices connected to a power source when you are out for the day, as there is a risk of overheating and fire. Thank you very much for respecting the houses and the environment. Enjoy your stay.
